Insurance Policy page is mainly about record insurance policy information, including details, files, debit notes, etc.
You can create insurance policy information, import insurance policy data, create debit note, upload and view pdf files.

We can find this page follow step: Customer (in top bar) > Insurance Policy (in sidebar).
Create Insurance Policy
Click「+」button in the search bar will popup Create Insurance form, as shown below:
Refer to the notes to help you fill in:
ꔷ Insurance name: (Required)
Name this insurance policy.
ꔷ Agents for: (Required)
Select the agent of this policy.
ꔷ Customer: (Required)
Select the customer for this policy.
ꔷ Policy number: (Required)
Input the policy number.
ꔷ Issue time: (Required)
Debit note issue datetime.
ꔷ Start time / Expiry time: (Required)
Input the policy effective time range (start time – expiry time).
ꔷ Contact persons: (Optional)
Select the contact person for this policy.
ꔷ Qty: (Optional)
Quality of policy.
ꔷ Purchase time: (Optional)
Input purchase time. Will be used in the Settle in the debit note.
ꔷ Sum insured: (Optional)
Input sum insured(include currency and amount).
ꔷ Net premium: (Optional)
input net premium(include currency and amount).
ꔷ Description: (Optional)
Fill in the description of the insurance policy.
Click「>> Next」button to select insurance type:
Refer to the notes to help you fill in:
ꔷ Category: (Required)
Select the policy types: Office, Car or Travel.
「 Car 」: After you select this type, will appear the Insurance Policy Car and you need to fill in the following contents.
- Insurance type (Required) : select the insurance type of the car.
- License plate number (Required).
「 Office」: After you select this type, will appear the Insurance Policy Office and you need to fill in the following contents.
- Insurance type (Required): select the insurance type of the office.
- Address (Required): please input the full address of the office.
「 Travel」: After you select this type, will appear the Insurance Policy Travel and you need to fill in the following contents.
- Insurance type (Required): select the insurance type of the travel.
- Starting point (Required): the starting point for travel.
- Destination (Required): travel destination.
Import Insurance Policy
Click「Import」button in the search bar to import insurance policy datas.
Click「Download Template」button to download the import insurance policy template.
About template:
At the bottom, you can see the insurance policy type Car, Office or Travel. Select sheet according to the insurance policy type, and fill in the sheet according to the first row example data.
Save the file and click the 「Choose Excel」 button to import insurance policy data.
- Drag the horizontal scroll bar to view more columns of datas.
- Click different tabs to view the data of the 3 sheets.
After confirm the information and status, click the 「Submit」 button to import customer data.
Upload Files
Click the action button 「Files」 in the insurance policy list to view or upload files.
In the upper part, you can:
- select more than one files at once
- add a description under the corresponding file
- click “x” to delete the file
In the lower part, you can:
- see the uploaded files, click the file name to jump to the new page to view the content
- add a description under the corresponding file
- click “x” to delete the file
Debit Note
Click the action button 「Debit note」 in the insurance policy list to view or edit the debit note under this insurance policy.
